A home buyer rebate program for the socially conscious
Amped Apple was founded with a powerful vision: Building a stronger tomorrow for our youth. We assembled a talented team of nationally recognized experts in their fields and created a new, socially conscious homebuilding, real estate and lending movement with the mission of giving back to homeowners, kids and communities. Home values and great communities go hand in hand.
We amplify both by empowering our new construction home buyers through education to help them make decisions best for themselves and we reinvest a significant portion of our profits into local youth after-school programs, activities or education that help children develop into happier, healthier individuals.
That’s where you come in. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you’ll ever make — one that causes a ripple effect on your local economy and schools. We can make your return on that investment exponentially bigger. When you work with Amped Apple, you are working with the best of the best in the homebuilding, real estate and lending industry while supporting a powerful mission.
You can help create a positive and lasting effect simply by participating in the purchase of a newly-built home — and we’ll thank you for your contribution with an earned, generous home buyer commission rebate in addition to investing our profits to support your local community.
Together, let’s lay the foundation for stronger communities by building a brighter tomorrow.

Jennifer believes these accolades were only possible due to the dedicated support she received from an extremely talented team of professionals that relentlessly contributed their very best efforts toward meeting and exceeding all shared goals.
Jennifer subscribes to the belief that no one is self-made, and any worthwhile success can only be measured by the value of benefits our service provides others.
St. Catherine University provided Jennifer an invaluable learning experience that sparked Jennifer’s infinite curiosity and insatiable quest to better understand the deeper meaning of life.
Amped Apple was born at St. Kate’s as a creative community leadership “love wins” project that intertwines social responsibility, equality and justice with Jennifer’s life story. Amped Apple is Jennifer’s way of paying it forward.
St. Catherine University — Making an Impact
The Amped Apple Story began at St. Kate’s. The Weekend Program and wonderful professors at St. Kate’s served as an inspiration and a catalyst for the Amped Apple, SBC program. It was there that Jennifer gained the tools and the power to use her voice for positive change.
“Almost 10 years ago, Jennifer Ibrahim was a student of mine at St. Catherine University. I never forgot her: the full-time mom, real estate agent and super student who was determined to find a way to use the real estate industry to benefit public schools and children. I’m so proud to know that, through her hard work and belief in social justice, that she has succeeded in transforming this vision into a reality. Jennifer is truly living the St. Kate’s mission to lead and influence. Well done and congratulations on Amped Apple!”

Beth Colvin & Heather Rutzick
Amped Apple Professional Home Design Ambassadors
Amped Apple fell in love with Beth and Heather after working with them on many interior and exterior design projects for Parade of Homes® showcase model home entries. What impressed us most was their humble, kind and highly energetic character mixed with their expert ability to bring design concepts to life by visualizing and appropriately stylizing space cohesively from exterior to interior whether working from highly detailed blueprints, simply drawn renderings or newly constructed and pre-existing homes in need of refreshing. They are unique in their ability to produce high quality design impact while staying within affordable firmly established budgets on very tight timelines.
Beth and Heather work together as a dynamic duo. They each understand and appreciate the other’s innate gifts and talents uniquely from their own which boosts their flow of creativity. They share the same home design philosophy in their belief that high style design is attainable within an affordable budget and form follows function in creating lovely places of comfort and refuge.
Amped Apple’s socially responsible movement in real estate, home building and lending is near and dear to Beth and Heather’s heart. Beth spent over twenty years as an elementary and Title 1 teacher within Independent School District 196 in addition to teaching Sunday school. Beth pursued her doctorate degree after earning her master’s degree in elementary education from Winona State University as well as her BA degree in elementary education from Simpson College.
Heather has always had a deep interest in design and real estate. After graduating from the University of Minnesota with a BA degree in political science, Heather earned her real estate license and began her career in the mortgage industry spending most of her real estate career at Chase Manhattan and North American Mortgage.
Beth and Heather are both married with children and share their love of dogs. They met each other over twenty years ago while their toddlers were playing at the park which sparked an immediate friendship that turned into a robust word of mouth referral home design business.
